Use Ask AI as a resident
Ask about your own records, building rules, and bookings. You need Ask AI turned on for your building. This page does not take a file. Staff attach a resident form from staff Ask AI.
- Sign in to the resident portal.
- Open Ask AI from the menu or quick actions.
- Tap a suggested question or type your own.
- Read the answer and any Source lines that point to building documents.
- If Ask AI offers a change, review the card and tap Approve or Reject.
Tip: Nothing is saved until you tap Approve. If the card asks you to type I understand, enter that before Approve.
On the mobile app: allow AI processing when Edit profile asks for consent.
Wrong answer? Staff can use Report this answer under replies in AI Assistant. Residents should email support@maxcondoclub.com with what you asked and what went wrong. See Report a problem with an Ask AI answer.
Result: You get an answer about your own records or the building's published information, or a prompt to contact management through Contacts. A change is saved only after you tap Approve.
