What counts as a unit?
A unit is one residential unit. Commercial units, lockers, and parking spots are not counted.
Do you charge per resident or per user?
No. Pricing is per unit, with unlimited residents, board members, concierge staff, and managers included.
Is every unit charged the same rate?
No. Pricing is graduated. Units in each tier are charged at that tier's rate, so only the units above a threshold move to the lower rate. Your blended cost per unit falls as your portfolio grows.
Are there any additional charges?
There is no setup or onboarding fee. The complete MCC platform is included in your subscription. Certain third-party usage-based services, such as SMS messaging, are billed separately based on consumption.
What happens above 100,000 units?
Pricing is graduated: the first 200 units are $0.99 each, the next 300 are $0.89, and the rate keeps stepping down to $0.19 per unit at 100,000. You always pay the lower rate on the units above each threshold, so your blended price per unit falls as you grow. Portfolios over 100,000 units get a custom quote.
