Sign in as a resident
Open the resident portal for your building on web or mobile. You need a resident account created by your property manager.
- Go to your building's Max Condo Club site and tap Login, or open the MCC app you installed on your phone.
- Enter the email and password from your invitation or manager.
- Click Sign in.
Tip: If you never received credentials, see Request access to MCC. Use Reset your password on the login form if you forgot your password.
Result: You land on resident Home (/portal) with packages, requests, and other tiles your building turned on.
