Read the Incident Report dashboard

See today’s filings, follow-up, and high-severity incidents across every building you can access. You need access to Incident Reports. This dashboard does not follow Filter by building.

  1. Open Home from the sidebar.
  2. If Home opens the overview, click Customize home.
  3. Under Dashboards, turn on Incident Report dashboard.
  4. Click Set default on Incident Report dashboard if you want Home to open there first.
  5. Click Save changes.
  6. Open Home again and confirm the title Incident reports with the line Across all buildings.Incident Report dashboard chips and lists — Today, last 7 days, follow-up, high severity chips, 30-day sparkline, by type, and worth a look

    Tip: There is no By building breakdown. Click a chip or a row to open Incident Reports with that filter.

  7. Use Worth a look for follow-up and high-severity reports. Use Reports → Templates → Incident reports created if you need a period list to email.

Result: Home shows the incident glance for all buildings. The Service Request dashboard is a separate live queue when Service Requests is on for your buildings.
