Log an incoming package
Record a delivery against a resident so they get a pickup notification. You need a staff account with access to Packages.
Mark a package picked up
Record that a resident (or courier) collected a package from the front desk. You need a staff account with access to Packages.
Send a package reminder
Nudge a resident about an outstanding incoming package. You need a staff account with access to Packages.
Return or cancel a package
Close an outstanding package that will not be picked up by the resident: return an incoming package to the courier, or cancel an outgoing package. You need a staff account with access to Packages.
Scan a package label
Use the webcam or a photo so AI can fill carrier, tracking, and resident when logging a package. You need a staff account with access to Packages, and a working camera or a clear label photo.
Configure package settings
Set pickup checks, aging buckets, carriers, notifications, and reminder templates for a building. You need a manager (or admin) role with access to Settings.
