Log, notify, and reconcile every parcel.

Overview

Track every parcel from drop-off to pickup. Concierge logs the delivery against a unit; the resident is notified instantly; pickup is recorded with a timestamp and (optionally) a signature. The result is a clean, searchable audit trail and a parcel room that doesn't depend on a notebook.

Who uses this

  • Concierge logs incoming parcels and signs out pickups.
  • Residents receive notifications and confirm receipt.
  • Managers review backlog and aging packages.

Open the feature

Sidebar → Front Desk → Packages.

Step-by-step

  1. Click Log package.
  2. Search resident by unit, name, or scan a label barcode.
  3. Select carrier, add a note (oversized, fragile, refrigerated).
  4. Save — resident is notified by their chosen channels.
  5. On pickup, search the package, click Mark picked up, capture signature if your building requires it.
  6. Aged packages appear at the top of the list with a red badge.

Settings & permissions

Admins set: required signature on pickup, photo of label, default carrier list, and aging thresholds (e.g. 7 days). See Settings → Packages.

Multi-building tips

Use the building selector — packages are always scoped to one building.

Notifications

Resident gets a push + email on arrival; SMS optional. A reminder fires after the configured aging threshold.

Reports & exports

Reports → Packages shows volume by day, carrier mix, and average pickup time. Export CSV.

Troubleshooting

  • Resident not found. Confirm the unit number; if vacant, leave 'Unassigned' and update later.
  • Wrong resident notified. Click Edit on the package and change the recipient.
  • Duplicate parcel. Delete the duplicate; deletion is logged in the audit history.

FAQ

Can residents pick up for a neighbour? Yes — the signature captures the actual recipient name.

Do you support lockers? Lockers integrate via the API — contact support.

Glossary
