Properties, users, roles, building services, and integrations.
Add or edit a property
Add a building to your PMC portfolio, or open an existing property to update its details. You need Administration access (property manager / PMC admin).
Invite a user
Send a staff invitation with a role and building access. You need Administration access that can edit users — the Invite user button appears in the page header when you have that permission. To invite a resident, open their profile in Directory instead.
Assign roles and building access
Give a staff user the right role on each building they should access. You need Administration access that can edit users (PMC admin or equivalent).
Toggle building services
Turn modules on or off for one building (Directory, Packages, Amenities, and more). You need Administration access that can edit properties.
Open building settings for a module
Open per-building configuration for a feature such as Packages, Amenities, or Directory. You need access to Settings for that building.
Connect Stripe integrations
Link a corporation’s Stripe account so amenity bookings and pay-by-link can collect payments. You need access to Settings → Integrations for the corporation.
