Find a resident or unit
Search Directory for a resident, unit, plate, or other record, then open the detail sidebar. You need access to Directory for your building.
- Open Directory from the sidebar (Operations → Directory).
- Click the tab you need: Residents, Units, Parking Spots, Lockers, Vehicles, Pets, or Bikes.Directory page with tabs and search bar — Directory toolbar showing Residents selected and the search field
- Type in the search field (Search residents, units, plates…).
Tip: Results update after a short pause while you type. Click Clear search (X) to reset.
- Choose Broad or Exact match next to the search field.
- On the Residents tab, optionally open Search fields and select which fields to search (for example Unit, Full Name, Email).
- Optionally open Filter by building and pick a building, or choose All buildings.
- Optionally open Filter, then choose All residents (or the matching “All …” option for the current tab), Pending updates (Residents only), or turn on Show archived.
- Click the row for the person or unit you want.
Result: The detail sidebar opens for that record so you can review or edit it.
