Access scoped to your buildings
Staff and resident accounts only see data for buildings they are assigned to. API requests are checked against building scope and role permissions before any record is returned or changed.
Authenticated sessions
Sign-in uses server-validated sessions with refresh-token rotation. Sensitive actions in the staff console require an authenticated session tied to your user account.
Encrypted in transit
The web app and API are served over HTTPS (TLS). Data moving between your browser or mobile app and our servers is encrypted on the wire.
Operational audit trails
Front-desk and management workflows — parcels, keys, passes, requests, and communications — keep timestamps and history so teams can review what happened and when.
