Record a Condo Shop sale
Sell a fob, key, filter, or other item to a resident and keep the sale on the shop list. You need the Condo Shop service turned on for your role. It stays in the menu on All buildings.
- Open Condo Shop from the sidebar.
- Stay on Sales.
- Click New sale.
- Under Resident, pick the person who is buying.
- Add the items. If the item is not in the shop yet, add it on the Items tab first, or sell a one-time item.New sale dialog — New sale dialog with resident, items, and total
- Under Paid with, choose how they paid.
- Click Record sale.
Result: The dialog closes and the sale appears on Sales. Tax is included in the total only when Charge value added tax (VAT) on purchases is on in Settings, under Condo Shop.
