Issue a visitor parking pass

Create a visitor parking pass for a unit from the front desk. You need access to Visitor Parking for the building.

Approve a parking pass request

Approve or deny a visitor parking pass that is waiting for staff approval. You need access to Visitor Parking, and the parking rule’s pass type must have Requires staff approval turned on.

Check a license plate

Verify whether a vehicle has a valid visitor parking pass. You need access to Visitor Parking for the building.

Override a parking limit

Issue a visitor parking pass even when the suite or plate is over a configured quota. You need access to Visitor Parking, and the pass type must allow over-limit bookings (see tip below).

Configure visitor parking rules

Set parking lots, rules, pass types, limits, and approval behavior for a building. You need permission to open building Settings for Parking Pass.
