Step-by-step
- Resident requests a pass with plate number, dates, and visitor name.
- Concierge approves (or auto-approve if rules allow).
- The pass appears on the active list with start/end times.
- Security can scan a plate to verify in seconds.
- Expired passes drop off automatically.

Admins configure: max nights per month per unit, blackout dates, watchlist plates, auto-approval rules.

Troubleshooting
- Plate already in use. Two requests overlap — contact the earlier requester.
- Resident over limit. Manager can override with a note.
