Getting started

Sign in for the first time

Open the staff portal and sign in with the work email and password your administrator gave you. You need an active Max Condo Club staff account.

Switch between buildings

Change which building’s data you see in a module (Directory, Packages, Service Requests, and others). You need access to more than one building.

Customize your home dashboard

Choose which Home sections, metrics, shortcuts, and mobile tabs you see. You need to be signed in to the staff portal.
