Request visitor parking
Ask for a guest parking pass before your visitor arrives. You need Visitor parking enabled for residents.
- Sign in to the resident portal.
- Open Visitor parking.
- Start a new pass request and enter the visitor name, license plate, and visit window.
- Submit the request.
Result: The pass shows as pending until concierge or security approves it. Your guest should bring the plate you entered.
