Delete your account

Residents — delete in the portal (signed in)

1. Sign in to the resident portal.
2. Open Profile → Account.
3. Under Account deletion, choose Delete my account.
4. Follow the prompts for I'm moving out or I don't want an account.

Residents — delete by email (not signed in)

1. Open the account deletion page on your building's Max Condo Club site (from the sign-in screen or a link from your property manager).
2. Enter the Email on your building file.
3. Complete the security check on the page.
4. Click Email me a confirmation link and open the link within 30 minutes.
5. On the confirmation screen, click Delete my app login.

Result: Your app login is removed. Your name and unit may remain in the building directory until your manager updates records.

Staff users

Staff accounts are managed by your management company. Ask your PMC administrator to remove your user or building assignment in Administration.

For privacy or erasure requests that involve Max Condo Club as a processor, email privacy@maxcondoclub.com or support@maxcondoclub.com with your name, work email, and building.

What happens next

We work with your property manager to verify the request. Personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized within the timelines described in our Privacy Policy, subject to records your building must keep for legal or operational reasons.
