Add a resident from a form with Ask AI

1. Open AI Assistant from the sidebar.
2. Select the building if the page says Select a building.
3. Click Attach a file.
4. Choose one PDF, JPEG, or PNG. Keep it under about 1 MB.

   Tip: A Word document is refused. The message says Attach a PDF, JPEG, or PNG.

5. Type a short note if you want one, then press Enter. A file alone is enough to send.
6. Read the reply. The card shows the name and unit from the form. Email and phone are filled in when the form has them.
7. Click Approve to add the person, or Reject to discard the card.

Result: Nothing is written until you click Approve. If the file has no readable text, the reply says so and does not invent a resident.

Tip: The resident Ask AI page has no Attach a file button.
