Enable biometric unlock
Require Face ID, fingerprint, or device PIN before you return to MCC after the screen locks. This only works in the native iOS or Android app, not in a desktop browser.
- Install and open MCC on your phone (see the install articles for iPhone or Android).
- Sign in.
- Open Edit profile.
- Open the Security tab.
- Turn on Unlock with biometrics.
- Confirm with your device when prompted.
Result: After the screen turns off, MCC asks for biometrics or your device PIN before you continue. Camera uploads and file pickers still work normally.
