Create a settings policy

Save one set of module settings and apply it to more than one corporation, so you are not retyping the same rules in every building. You need access to Settings.

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar footer.
  2. Open the module you want to share, for example Amenities under Operations, or Email Merge under Communication.
  3. Click New policy.
  4. Type a New policy name.
  5. Under Applies to, pick the corporations this policy covers.

    Tip: A corporation follows one policy per section. Adding it here moves it off its current policy. Removing it returns it to the default policy.

  6. Click Create policy.
  7. Set the rules on the next screen, then click Save.New policy dialog — New policy dialog with name and Applies toResult: Those corporations use this policy. If a corporation's live settings later drift, the banner This corporation’s settings don’t match the policy offers Keep as-is, Fork this corporation, or Reset from policy.
