Hand the building cleanly between shifts.

Overview

A chronological list of notes the next shift must read. Used for things that don't fit in another module: a noisy contractor coming back tomorrow, a fire panel sounded twice last night, a resident returning from vacation expects a parcel.

Who uses this

Every shift on the front desk and security.

Open the feature

Front Desk → Pass-on log.

Step-by-step

  1. Add a note as soon as the event happens — don't batch.
  2. Tag with priority and category.
  3. The next shift opens the log; high-priority items appear first and require an acknowledgement.
  4. Resolved entries are marked Done and stay searchable.

Settings & permissions

All front-desk roles can create entries; managers can edit/delete with audit.
