Directory
Residents, units, parking, lockers, vehicles, pets, and bikes.
Find a resident or unit
Search Directory for a resident, unit, plate, or other record, then open the detail sidebar. You need access to Directory for your building.
Add a resident
Create a new resident record on the Residents tab. You need access to Directory and permission to add residents for the building.
Edit resident details
Update a resident’s name, residency, phone, email, or other profile fields from the resident sidebar. You need access to Directory and permission to edit residents. Archived residents are read-only until you recover them.
Add or edit a unit
Add a unit number to a building, or update access, visitors, ownership, and legal details in the unit sidebar. You need access to Directory and permission to manage units.
Manage parking spots
Add a parking spot for a unit, then edit rental, access, and legal details in the sidebar. You need access to Directory with the Parking Spots module enabled for the building.
Manage lockers
Add a storage locker for a unit, then edit rental and legal details in the sidebar. You need access to Directory with the Lockers module enabled for the building.
Manage vehicles
Register a vehicle for a unit (by license plate), then edit identity and permit details in the sidebar. You need access to Directory with the Vehicles module enabled for the building.
Manage pets
Add a pet for a unit, then edit identity and pet type details in the sidebar. You need access to Directory with the Pets module enabled for the building.
Manage bikes
Add a bike rack assignment for a unit, then edit rack number and rental details in the sidebar. You need access to Directory with the Bikes module enabled for the building.
Archive a Directory record
Hide a resident, unit, parking spot, locker, vehicle, pet, or bike rack from the active Directory list. You need access to Directory and permission to archive records for the building.
Recover an archived Directory record
Restore an archived resident, unit, parking spot, locker, vehicle, pet, or bike rack to the active Directory list. You need access to Directory and permission to recover records for the building.
