Run an incident report created report

Build a period list of incident reports filed, optionally grouped by type, for a board pack. You need access to Reports.

manager· Updated October 10, 2026Open in app
  1. Open Reports.
  2. Click Templates.
  3. Open Incident reports created for a flat list, or Incident reports created by type for the same rows under type headings. They are marked Pre Set.

Tip: There is no Open incidents preset. Incident reports do not have an Open status like service requests. MCC only stores a copy when you run or schedule one.

  4. Run the template.
  5. When it is ready, click Open HTML, Open PDF, Open XLSX, or Email.
  6. To send it every month, open Scheduled, click New schedule, pick that template, and add Created At · Within the last (days) set to 30 if the template has no date filter.Incident reports created template — Templates list highlighting Incident reports created and Incident reports created by type

Tip: Grouping by type is section headers in the list, not a chart. Excel row count is the period total. Follow-up and high severity stay on the Home dashboard, not as report filters.

Result: You have a period list you can open or email. The Home Incident Report dashboard is the live glance across all buildings — it does not replace this report.
