Use or edit an email template
Reuse saved subject and body content from the Templates tab in Email Merge. You need staff access to Email Merge and a building selected (templates are saved per building).
Use a template for a new mailing
- Open Email Merge.
- Select the building in the building filter.
- Click the Templates tab.
- Find the template (optional: type in Search templates…).
- Click Use on the template row.Templates list with Use button — Templates table showing Use, Edit, and More actions
- On compose (From template: appears under the title), add recipients under To, adjust Subject or the message if needed, then click Send (or Schedule).
Result: Compose opens prefilled from that template so you can finish recipients and send.
Create or edit a template
- On the Templates tab, click New template (or click the pencil Edit on an existing row).
- Enter Template name and Subject.
- Choose Visibility (My templates, Building, PMC, or All MCC — PMC may require admin access).
- Write the message body (merge tokens such as
[[RESIDENT_NAME]]are supported). - Click Create template (new) or Save changes (edit).
Result: The template appears in the Templates list and when starting compose from Use.
Tip: From the row More menu you can Duplicate or Delete a template. Deleting a template does not change mailings already sent.
