Read the Service Request dashboard

See the live open-ticket queue by property manager, with aging and a 30-day created count. You need Service Requests available for your buildings. The dashboard is on by default; turn it off under Customize home if you do not want it listed.

  1. Open Home from the sidebar.
  2. If Home opens the overview, click Customize home.
  3. Under Dashboards, turn on Service Request dashboard.
  4. Click Set default on Service Request dashboard if you want Home to open there first.
  5. Click Save changes.
  6. Open Home again and confirm the title Service requests by manager.Service Request dashboard chips and tables — Created 30d chip, sparkline, open by type, and aging by property manager

Tip: Created (30d) counts every ticket created in the last 30 days, including closed ones. The list you open from that chip is still the current queue, not that period.

  7. Use Open by type for the mix of tickets that are still open. Use Reports for a period list of created tickets, including closed ones.

Result: Home shows the live work queue. Period counts and emailed board packs stay in Reports.
