Recover an archived Directory record
Restore an archived resident, unit, parking spot, locker, vehicle, pet, or bike rack to the active Directory list. You need access to Directory and permission to recover records for the building.
- Open Directory from the sidebar.
- Click the tab for the record type you want to restore.
- Open Filter.

- Find and click the archived row so the sidebar opens.
- Confirm the Archive section shows Date archived.
- At the bottom of the sidebar, click Recover.
- If Directory shows Cannot recover yet, fix the listed conflicts, click OK or Close, then try Recover again.
Result: You see Record recovered, and the record returns to the active list (turn off Show archived under Filter to hide remaining archived rows).
