Check a license plate
Verify whether a vehicle has a valid visitor parking pass. You need access to Visitor Parking for the building.
- Open Visitor Parking from the sidebar under Operations.
- If needed, open the building filter (Filter by building) and select the building.
- Click Enforcement.Enforcement control on Visitor Parking header — Visitor Parking toolbar with Enforcement
Tip: On narrow screens Enforcement may show as an icon only; use the control labeled Enforcement.
- In Enforcement lookup, type the license plate into the search field (placeholder ABCD 123).
- Read the verdict:
- Valid pass — active authorization; details include unit, visitor, and expiry.
- No active pass for this plate. Last status: … — a prior pass exists but is not active.
- No pass on file for this plate. Vehicle is not authorized. — no match.
- Click Close when finished.
Tip: You can also search the main list with Search plate, unit, visitor…, then open a pass and use the Plate history tab for prior passes on that plate.
Result: You see whether the plate is authorized right now, without opening every pass row.
