- In the confirmation dialog Archive key [ID]?, read that this hides it from the active register, history is kept, and you can unarchive it from the Archived tab.
- Click Archive to confirm (or Cancel to keep it in the active register).
Result: You see a success toast “Key archived”. The key status shows Archived. It no longer appears on Out, Available, or All keys. The Archived tab appears when at least one key is archived.
Unarchive a key
- Click Archived.
- Open the key, or click More actions (⋯) on the row.
- Click Unarchive.
