Turn on two-factor authentication
Find the two-factor authentication (2FA) setting on your profile. 2FA adds an extra check when you sign in. You need to be signed in.
- In the sidebar, click your name and avatar at the bottom.
- Click Edit profile.
- Open the Security tab.
- Find Two-factor authentication under Password & security.Two-factor authentication row with switch — Two-factor authentication setting on the Security tab
Tip: The switch next to Two-factor authentication is currently disabled in the portal, so you cannot turn 2FA on from this screen yet. If your organization requires 2FA, contact your property manager or MCC administrator.
Result: You can see the Two-factor authentication setting on Security. When self-service enablement is available, use that same switch to turn it on.
