Configure package settings

Set pickup checks, aging buckets, carriers, notifications, and reminder templates for a building. You need a manager (or admin) role with access to Settings.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select the building you want to configure.
  3. Under Operations, click Packages.Settings Packages page — Packages settings with Pickup verification section
  4. Under Pickup verification, turn each toggle you need on or off: Show picture of resident upon check out, Require signature for pickup, Use barcode scanner.
  5. Under Aging thresholds, set Fresh days, Aging days, and Overdue days.

Tip: These buckets drive the Fresh / Aging / Overdue filters on Outstanding. They are client-side and not stored in MCC yet.

  6. Edit Package types and Courier types (use Add type or Add courier as needed).
  7. Under Notifications, enable channels for events such as Parcel received and Parcel picked up.
  8. Fill Sender identity, then edit Reminder text and Outgoing messages.
  9. Optionally choose buildings under Apply to buildings.
  10. Click Save changes.

Result: You see Packages settings saved, and new logs, pickups, and reminders use the updated rules for that building.
