Overview

A private classifieds board for residents of the building. Reduces traffic on Kijiji/Facebook for items that move best between neighbours (furniture, parking, lockers).

Who uses this

Residents only.

Open the feature

Residents → Marketplace.

Step-by-step

1. Click New listing.
2. Pick category, add photos, set price.
3. Choose contact method (in-app message, phone reveal).
4. Mark Sold when done.

Settings & permissions

Admin can disable categories or moderate listings.

Multi-building tips

Per building.

Notifications

Subscribers to a category get new-listing alerts.

Reports & exports

Volume by category for board awareness — no transaction data.

Troubleshooting

• Suspicious listing. Use Report; moderators review.
