Overview

Each building has its own settings: hours, branding, contact info, module-by-module configuration (e.g. service request categories and SLAs).

Who uses this

Managers and admins.

Open the feature

Settings in the sidebar, then pick a building.

Step-by-step

  1. Pick a building.
  2. Pick a feature (Packages, Amenities, etc.).
  3. Edit fields and save.
  4. Changes are audit-logged.

Settings & permissions

Manager can change most things; admin controls hierarchy and integrations.

Multi-building tips

Use Copy to other buildings on a setting to avoid duplicate work.

Notifications

Major changes (e.g. SLA tightening) notify the team.

Reports & exports

Settings snapshot exportable for board review.

Troubleshooting

  • Setting reverted. Check audit history — another admin may have changed it.

FAQ

Can two buildings share branding? Yes — set the brand at PMC level and inherit.
