What the platform does and how the pieces fit together.
Overview
Max Condo Club is a single platform that runs the day-to-day of a condominium community. It connects three groups: the front desk (concierge, security), the residents, and management (property managers, board, vendors). Every module shares the same building list, the same residents, and the same audit history — so the front desk, the resident app, and the management portal always agree.
Who uses this
- Residents — phone or web, mostly notifications and self-serve actions.
- Concierge / security — desktop or tablet at the lobby, fast logging workflows.
- Property managers — desktop, often across multiple buildings.
- Board members — read-only reports and approvals.
- Administrators — properties, users, roles, billing.
Open the feature
After signing in you land on the Dashboard (/app). Use the left sidebar to move between modules. The building selector at the top scopes everything you see.
Step-by-step
- Sign in at
/appwith the credentials provided by your administrator. - Pick the building (or 'All buildings' if you manage several) from the selector.
- Open the module you need from the sidebar.
- Click the ? in the header to jump back into this help center any time.
Settings & permissions
What you see depends on your role. Residents see resident-facing tools only. Concierge sees front-desk modules. Managers and admins see everything for their assigned buildings.
Multi-building tips
If you manage more than one building, use the All buildings scope to triage across the portfolio, then drill into a single building when you act.
Notifications
Email, SMS, and push are configured per user under Profile → Notifications.
Reports & exports
Most modules offer a CSV export and a printable report. See Reports.
Troubleshooting
- I can't see a building. Ask your administrator to add you to that building.
- I'm in the wrong role. Only an administrator can change roles.
