Building selector and multi-building scope
Switch buildings, search a long list, and use 'All buildings' triage.
Overview
The building selector at the top of every screen scopes the data you see. It supports a single building, a custom group, or All buildings for portfolio-wide views.
Who uses this
Anyone with access to more than one building.
Open the feature
Top of the sidebar / page header — click the building name.
Step-by-step
- Click the selector.
- Type to search — works for long lists.
- Pick a single building, or All buildings.
- The choice persists until you change it.
Settings & permissions
You only see buildings you've been granted access to.
Multi-building tips
Use All buildings for triage on Service Requests and Incidents. Drill into a building before taking action that's specific to one community.
Notifications
Notifications are not affected by your scope — you receive what your subscriptions say.
Reports & exports
Most reports respect your current building scope.
Troubleshooting
- A building is missing. Your administrator must grant you access.
