Overview
The single source of truth for who lives where. Tracks owners and tenants per unit, vehicles, pets, emergency contacts, move-in/move-out dates, and notes.
Who uses this
Concierge looks up units; managers maintain accuracy; admins import bulk data.
Open the feature
Sidebar → Directory.
Step-by-step
- Search by unit, name, license plate, or phone.
- Open a record to see history (parcels, requests, incidents).
- Edit fields directly; changes are audit-logged.
- Bulk import via CSV from Settings → Directory.
Settings & permissions
Admin defines required fields and visibility (e.g. emergency contact only visible to manager and security).
Multi-building tips
Each building has its own directory; corporate roles can search across.
Notifications
Move-in / move-out triggers notifications to the relevant teams.
Reports & exports
Owner vs tenant split, vacancy rate, vehicle count, pet count.
