Overview

Three steps get a new account ready: set password, complete profile, choose how you want to be notified.

Who uses this

Every new user.

Open the feature

Click the invite link in your email, or sign in at /app and open Profile from the user menu.

Step-by-step

  1. Click the invite link and choose a strong password.
  2. (Optional) Enable two-factor authentication — recommended for staff and admins.
  3. Open Profile and confirm your name, unit (if resident), and phone.
  4. Open Notifications and pick email, SMS, push for each event type.
  5. Install the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

Your profile is shared across every building you belong to.

Notifications

Default is email + push. Residents can opt in to SMS for parcel arrivals.

Troubleshooting

  • Link expired. Ask the inviter to re-send.
  • 2FA app lost. An administrator can reset 2FA after verifying identity.

Can I change my email? Yes, in Profile — a verification email is sent to the new address.
