Three channels — email, SMS, push — and one toggle per event type. Defaults are sensible; tune to taste.

Profile → Notifications.

Step-by-step

  1. For each event (parcel arrived, request updated, amenity reminder), pick the channels.
  2. Optional: quiet hours (e.g. no SMS after 9pm).
  3. Save.

  • No SMS. Confirm phone number in Profile.
  • No push. Re-enable OS-level notifications.
