Three channels — email, SMS, push — and one toggle per event type. Defaults are sensible; tune to taste.

Open the feature
Profile → Notifications.
Step-by-step
- For each event (parcel arrived, request updated, amenity reminder), pick the channels.
- Optional: quiet hours (e.g. no SMS after 9pm).
- Save.

- No SMS. Confirm phone number in Profile.
- No push. Re-enable OS-level notifications.
