Open the feature

Profile → Data & privacy.

Step-by-step

  1. Click Download my data to get a JSON export.
  2. Click Delete my account to start the deletion flow — your manager is notified to verify identity.
  3. Operational records (e.g. parcel pickups) are retained as required by your community's policy.

Self-service for residents; staff deletion goes through admin.
